Volunteer

Because of the myriad of services that we offer we really do rely on the volunteer community to come along side the staff at the Mission and help us accomplish what God has called us to do. We have things we can have volunteers do on a weekly or monthly basis.

Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities:

• Serving Meals
• Working in our clothing rooms
• Office/Mailings
• Cleaning
• Helping with Summer Day Camp
• Helping with After School program

Also throughout the year we have a number of events that are an outreach to the entire community as well as for those staying at the Mission. We not only need volunteers during the actual event, but we need help in preparation to several of these events.

Some of those events are:

• The annual "Back to School Rally" in August
• Our Family Thanksgiving Dinner & food basket giveaway
• Our Great Thanksgiving Day Banquet
• Our Family Christmas Dinner & Gift Give Away
• An Adult Christmas Dinner & Party
• Children's Christmas Party and New Year's Eve Blast
• An Easter Egg Hunt

Our hope is that, as you get involved in some aspect of the ministry of the Great Falls Rescue Mission, you will know that you are making a difference in someone's life.
